We Check Every Rivet Before Packing
You may ask: "How do you control quality?" We do four steps. First, we decide how many machines to run. Second, we make a sample and check it. Third, we start full production and do many spot checks. Fourth, we clean the surface before shipping. Every single flat head solid rivets gets a 100% visual check before packing. We have 35 machines in our factory. We make 1000 tons of rivets per year. Our output value is over 20 million yuan. We give a 3 to 6 month warranty. You get help from our after-sales team anytime.
