Light Material and Basic Sizes
Our aluminum semi hollow rivets use 5052 or 6061 aluminum alloy. 5052 is aluminum magnesium alloy. It resists corrosion well. It is good for outdoor use. 6061 is aluminum magnesium silicon alloy. It gives higher strength. It is good for parts that take force. The tensile strength is at least 200MPa. The nominal diameter d goes from 1.2 mm to 10 mm. The nominal length l goes from 3 mm to 40 mm. These are much lighter than solid ones. Aluminum has a density only one third of steel. For the same size, aluminum rivets are much lighter. They do not add much weight to your product. Our factory started as Ruian Li'ao Fastener Factory in 1982. The founder Mr. Zheng Shenghua started with nothing. He made his own molds and his own machines. In 1984, his good results brought him an important meeting. We are proud of that history. In 2004 we changed our name to Wenzhou Li Ao Fastener Co., Ltd.

Sample Policy and Minimum Order
Do you give free samples? It depends. If we have these aluminum semi hollow rivets in stock, we can send free samples. But if we do not have stock and need to make samples just for you, we usually charge a fee. The material, labor, and machine time all cost money. We hope you understand. What is the minimum order quantity? Our rule is clear. For diameters below 3 mm, the MOQ is 30,000 pieces. For diameters 3 mm and above, the MOQ is 10,000 pieces. These come in diameters from 1.2 mm to 10 mm. So sizes 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 2, and 2.5 mm need 30,000 pieces. Sizes 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10 mm need 10,000 pieces. We are willing to take small orders. But we need a minimum. We are a factory, not a trader. Starting the machine costs money.
