Our semi hollow rivets come in many sizes. The diameter d goes from 1.2 mm to 10 mm. The head diameter dk (max) is from 2.4 mm to 18.6 mm. The head height k (max) is from 0.58 mm to 3.8 mm. The hollow hole diameter d₁ (max) is from 0.66 mm to 7.5 mm. The hollow depth t (max) is from 1.44 mm to 12.0 mm. We have 35 cold heading machines in our factory. 13 small machines make tiny rivets. 17 medium machines make standard sizes. We also have multi-station machines for complex shapes. These product use high quality steel and other materials. Our machines can make all diameters from 1.2 mm to 10 mm. We make about 150 tons per month. That is over 1000 tons per year. Standard Delivery and Order Tracking
Many buyers ask about the production time for standard products. The answer depends on your order quantity. Small orders take fewer days. Large orders take a few more days. But we track every step for you. We do not let you wait without news. After we get your order, we make a time schedule. We tell you when the material arrives. We tell you when the machine starts. We tell you when the job finishes. Then we follow that schedule. If we see a problem, we tell you early. We never tell you about a delay at the last minute. How do we make sure we ship on time? We adjust our machines. We add more machines if we need to. We can move other orders back and do your order first. We have 35 machines. That gives us a lot of flexibility. So your product will be ready on time.
Uses and Company Reputation
These semi hollow rivets work well for many jobs. You can use them on brake pads. You can use them on clutch plates. They also work for furniture connectors and leather goods.
