Materials and Key Properties
Our copper hollow rivets use H62 brass or T2 red copper. H62 brass has about 62% copper. It also has a little zinc. It gives high strength and a golden yellow color. T2 red copper has over 99.9% copper. It is very pure and has a red purple color. The nominal diameter d goes from 1.4 mm to 6 mm. The nominal length l goes from 2 mm to 15 mm. These are hollow. That saves material. So the price is lower than solid ones. Our factory started as Ruian Li'ao Fastener Factory in 1982. The founder Mr. Zheng Shenghua made his own molds and machines. In 2004 we changed our name to Wenzhou Li Ao Fastener Co., Ltd. We grew from a family workshop to a modern factory. Now the second generation leader Mr. Zheng Le runs the company. He knows both technology and production.

Sample Policy and Minimum Order
Do we give free samples? It depends. If we have these copper hollow rivets in stock, we can send free samples. But if we do not have stock and need to make samples just for you, then we usually charge a fee. The material, labor, and machine time all cost money. We hope you understand. What is the minimum order quantity? Our rule is very clear. For diameters below 3 mm, the MOQ is 30,000 pieces. For diameters 3 mm and above, the MOQ is 10,000 pieces. Our come in diameters from 1.4 mm to 6 mm. So sizes 1.4, 1.6, 2, and 2.5 mm need 30,000 pieces. Sizes 3, 3.5, 4, 5, and 6 mm need 10,000 pieces. We are willing to take small orders. But we need a minimum. We are a factory, not a trader. Starting the machine costs money.
Where to Use and Export Markets
These copper hollow rivets work well for electrical or decorative uses. For example, electrical parts, lamps, instruments, luggage hardware, and decorative buttons. H62 brass gives a nice color. T2 red copper gives good conductivity. Our products go to the USA, UK, Germany, Spain, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. We have export experience. We know export packaging. We use standard white export cartons. Then we put them on fumigation free wooden pallets. We wrap them with stretch film. That keeps them safe for sea or air freight. We accept EXW and FOB. EXW means you pick up the goods at our factory. FOB means we ship to the port and handle export papers. We usually take US dollars. For large orders, we give you the lowest price directly. We do not raise the price first and then give a discount. When you buy our, you buy real materials.
